And forsell. Scoring in the reserves is the kiss of death for most: think Figuroa, Kuqi, Allen.

Kavanagh didn't feature. Shame because I would have liked to have seen how he is progressing.

Dicker got about 25 mins of the second half. Put himself around and isn't afraid to get stuck into challenges. Made some good ones as well. Had a chance of scoring but put it just past the post. Certainly looks like he has already improved on his game since the move from UCD. And I know Bertschin is pleased with his performances since he arrived Wouldn't get too carried away because he's challenging for the position that we've got most players for and he isn't the finished article yet. But would be surprised if they didn't keep dicker on for another year at least. :)

As or the Forss it may sound negative but I wouldn't want to see him on Friday. He has played 150 minutes in the last 5 months. He hasn't lost it, he showed that last night, but on the current pitch at stans and against bigger and more physical players than west brom reserves, it would be hard going on the stamina, and more importantly the knees. I think he needs at least one if not two more 90 minutes in the the reserves, not for technique because he is class but simply to be certain that he won't get himself injured again.

I think it's a very good comparison to be honest, because THIS forsell has never played at the top level. Hate meaning to sound negative and i'm not usually tbh, but he is like a new and different player now. He's had his knee re-built twice!!!!!! I just dnt think he'll ever regain the same ability he once had for us. I hope as much as anyone that i am sooooooo wrong obviously!! But i just cant see it.

is he schizophrenic then? of course it's the same forss, and if his knees have been fixed properly this time heshould be ok...
having said that, his confidence needs the boost of regular games and regular goals, that's what'll get him back...imo of course
and the one thing you never lose is your ability. pace yes, ability no...fact... **thumbup

Have u ever heard of Alan Shearer??? He was a completely different player after snapping his achilles. The fact that he's the best Premiership player meant he could change his game from being on the shoulder of the last defender using his pace, to holding the ball up with his back to goal more, using his strength. I dont think Forsell is in that class tbh!! You even say yourself he should be ok, showing you're not sure either. It's just your glass is half full!!

PS. Alan Shearer isn't schizophrenic by the way
